Supporting Documents Needed for Tuition Assistance
- Listing of All Financial Aid Awarded:
AIC needs a copy of your semester’s total Financial Aid Awarded from attending college. Please do not submit “Estimated Award” submit the latest document from your financial aid office/student portal. - Pell Award or Denial Verification:
If you do not qualify for FASFA/Pell due to your level of education or income, AIC requires a Pell Denial documentation on file. - Tribal Award Letter:
Even if you do not receive Tribal tuition assistance or do not qualify you still need to apply for Tribal assistance. AIC requires the supporting documentation verifying the denial from your Tribe. - Cost of Tuition, Fees & Student/ Campus Housing:
A current semester tuition statement listing the cost of tuition, fees and housing cost. Please do not submit “Estimated Cost” submit the latest document from your financial aid office/student portal tuition, fees, and housing cost - Class Schedule:
Listing the school and your name. - Cost of Books:
List of required books and their cost. We will reimburse you the cost of books with an original receipts. If you charge your books to your student account, the amount of the books charged to your student will be added to your tuition assistance amount and payment will be made to your college. If you are paid in full with your college, then they will reimburse you the cost of the books and/or tuition.
You will need to submit all documents to your Career Development Advocate when you meet with them to complete your paperwork
