- To maintain contact with American Indian Council and understand that my employment specialist will be monitoring my progress and is available to assist me.
- To attend school/worksite as scheduled and to understand and follow the attendance requirements (policy and procedures) of the assigned site.
- To submit my attendance report (timesheet) as shown on the timesheet schedule, with progress evaluation completed by my supervisor, and with my signature and my supervisor's signature. (work experience participants only)
- To stay in contact with my employment specialist on a quarterly basis, submit grades and tuition assistance paperwork by set deadline and to make appointments as needed.
- To advise my employment specialist of any problems, concerns or changes I may be experiencing at my assigned site.
- If you fail to stay in contact with your employment specialist every 90 days, you may be exited from the program
Are you an active client? Call your Career Development Advocate if any of the following occurs;
- You have a new contact phone number or new mailing address
- You have had a change at work, wage change, hours change, position change, employer change, employment ends
- You withdrawal from any training or schooling
- Request a grade incentive for schooling within 30 days of the end of the semester
